Injection Mold Making
With years of experiences in mold fabrication,
skilled technicians and fully equipped tooling
software and manufacturing hardware, we can
provide the best services with shortened
leadtime to our customers from mold development
and design to mold making.
Based on the 2D, 3D drawing or sample, we
could develop the mock-up for customer review
and confirmation to minimize reworks. After
the mold-making, test run will be conducted
with samples produced for confirmation. Once
confirmed, based on the customer’s
request, we then could start making the OEM
products or ship the mold to the designated
destination.
We also could provide mold maintenance and
engineering changes to the mold if needed,
in order to make the injection operation
smoothly and effectively.
Plastic Injection
With dozens of Injection Machines (from 45
ton to 400 tons), Pin Insertion Machines
and supporting equipments, we provide our
OEM customers the best services with all
plastic injection from electronic plastics,
consumer plastics to engineering plastics.
We manufactured all kinds of quality bobbins
(from Bakelite to Plastics, from through
pin, L-pin to SMD bobbins) of standard specifications
or based on customer requirements with monthly
production capacities exceeds 8.5 million
pieces. Samples, specifications and drawings
for standard items are ready for our customer
upon request.
